French troops say goodbye to Africa

**Paris decides to reduce the number of soldiers in subsequent countries in Africa. After a very large withdrawal from the Barkhane mission (more than 5,000 military) and then the muzzles in Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger, another phase of changing attendance is being implemented. France intends to keep its missions within a tiny number of training troops, but in more countries in West Africa.
