France will make its own rocket artillery. Will he make it?

France is looking for a successor to the utilized LRU caterpillar rocket launchers, or the M270A1 variety upgraded in the country. There are only 9 cannons in the service. 4 copies were delivered to Ukraine and 44 vehicles withdrawn years ago stay unknown. By 2027, LRUs are to be withdrawn. In the absence of indication, this will consequence in the failure of crucial capabilities in French artillery. In order to prevent this, a full of 26 fresh self-propelled rocket launchers are planned as part of 2 tranches. The first one, with 13 vehicles, would be completed by 2030 and the second 1 by 2035.
