The French armed forces have begun the process of strengthening the lower layer of their anti-aircraft defense, which is in a much worse condition than that of Ukraine at the moment. This is to be associated, among others, with the introduction of small-caliber anti-aircraft artillery but not portable anti-aircraft sets of the MANPADS class.
