On 14 October 2025, the 5th edition of the Armed Forces Innovation Forum, the flagship task of the Ministry of Defence, will be held at the Military method Academy complex.
FORUM ESTABLISHMENTS:
• Participation and engagement of elder officials in the Ministry of Defence and in public administration institutions, including representatives of ministers of applicable departments, government executive agencies and bodies liable for shaping the policy of the innovative Armed Forces of Poland and the State. Furthermore, the participation of representatives of the communities liable for the improvement of the national innovation ecosystem, including defence innovation.
• Building awareness of the request to accomplish synergies in investigation (B), technological improvement (R) and Army needs (A) in order to make an advantage that shapes tomorrow's security. Innovation, technology and cooperation as the foundations of modern Armed Forces.
FORUM OBJECTIVES:
• Analysis of strategy and regulatory changes - discussion of the impact of fresh regulations, structures and investigating mechanisms on the pace of implementation of short life cycle technologies (e.g. unmanned systems, drones and C-UAVs) and their importance for the improvement of operational capabilities of the Polish Armed Forces.
• Assessment of technological adaptation in consequence to threats - a review of how modern conventional and hybrid threats force the acceleration of implementation of innovative technologies and adaptation of the methods of operation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland to the fresh realities of the battlefield.
• Building resilience and interoperability - considering the function of military, science, manufacture and NATO allies in shaping Poland's defence capabilities, with peculiar emphasis on initiatives specified as the Shield of the East and east Sentry, as well as open innovation mechanisms.
Thematic panels:
During the Forum there will be 2 thematic panels preceded by introductory talks in the expression fireside chat:
1. Fireside Chat: Experiences from Ukraine of Polish industrial entities.
2. I Panel: Unmanned systems and short life cycles of technology – challenges for the Armed Forces of Poland.
3. Fireside Chat: Drony in practice – experience of the “Iron Defender-25” exercise and expectations of industry.
4. II Panel: Alliance safety in the innovation era – the function of the Shield East.
PARTICIPATION IN THE FORUM OF INNOVATIVE POWERS 2025
The Forum will be carried out in a stationary form on 14 October 2025. The task is simply a closed conference attended by invited guests.
At the same time, online transmission will be conducted for curious representatives of the planet of science, manufacture and Polish military and defence.
