The Kiwala oil tanker belonging to the Russian shadow float will stay in Estonian territorial waters for longer. On Saturday 12 April, the Estonian Transport Authority decided that the ship could not proceed the cruise until it had removed respective twelve deficiencies. In addition, fuel tanker insurance is to be checked – without its confirmation, it will be impossible to continue.
