On 12 November, the Ministry of the Interior of Romania announced that the first copy of the Lockheed Martin S-70M Black Hawk multi-role search and rescue helicopter, which was built by Polskie Zakłady Lotnicze Sp. z o.o. in Mielec, had been delivered to the country the day before.
