First backing for the 3rd tranche of E-2D Hawkeye aircraft for Japan

On September 29, the U.S. Department of defence reported the signing of an agreement with Northrop Grumman corp on the launch of the production process of the 3rd tranche of E-2D Hawkeye early informing and command aircraft for Japan.
