At the three-day session of the Sejm, beginning on Wednesday, MEPs will work, among others, on the alleged first deregulation package prepared by the Ministry of Development.
The Minister of improvement and Technology Krzysztof Paszyk informed about the details in Polsat News.
First deregulation package. Minister for Details
– next day we will have the first reading of the first deregulation package, which was prepared by MRiT. Work has been going on for months. This is 47 solutions developed jointly with the social partners. Together we have diagnosed the most crucial obstacles that block the freedom to conduct business," he said.
One of the elements proposed by the Ministry is "to deal with controls that have been a pest of entrepreneurs so far".

– For the smallest operators, we reduce the duration of checks from 12 to 6 days. We besides depend on the level of hazard of possible irregularities that may happen in the economical entity," the minister explained.
– If a company has not been caught in any negligence, violations of regulations, then why harass it all year or all 2 years with a planned control. We besides change that, this frequency will be much smaller – he noted.
– Entrepreneurs will besides have a signal from an authority that wants to carry out a check on what it is expected to be about. They can prepare for documents, information. So far it has been all for the moment, these checks lasted many days and caused a waste of time, money and took distant the anticipation of operating these companies," he added.
"Special Craft Package"
Another package of solutions concerns electronics. – Digital lease agreement, digitization of proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber – explained Krzysztof Paszyk.
– Another thought is to reduce the duration of disputes before courts by allowing the anticipation of mediation between the entrepreneur and the body. In many situations this can be accelerated," he stressed.
– We besides prepared a peculiar package for crafts. Today, this is simply a pillar of the Polish economy, quite a few cool, strong household companies. We let fresh activities there – he explained.
The Minister acknowledged that "very many of these solutions include proposals by Rafał Brzoski's team". “The best example of this is the question of control,” he added.
– Effective, sustainable deregulation of many areas requires a combination of many forces. It's not double or rivalry, it's a common front that shows that we take it seriously. There is full cooperation and synchronisation of these activities," he stressed.
