Probably in the mediate of this year, the Podkarpackie state will issue decisions to authorise the implementation of road investment (ZRID) for 2 sections of the express road S19 Dukla-Barwinek and Domaradz-Krosno. Thanks to this, it will be possible to start work on the construction of these sections of the Via Carpatia trail.
