The Commission is required to verify that the voter has confirmed receipt of the ballot with his own signature. There are 13 candidates moving for election on each ballot card in alphabetical order. 1 corner of the voting card will be cut down, which, as the head of the CWB noted, is "the component envisaged throughout this process"; it is intended to facilitate voting for the blind.
As far as voting is concerned, the voter is required to put an X mark (at least 2 intersecting lines) within the grid by the name of only 1 candidate he wants to vote for. The head of the CBW indicated that putting the X mark in more than 1 candidate or not putting the X mark in any grid would render the voice invalid.
