The Greeks received approval from the U.S. State Department to get a full of up to 40 F-35A units with accompanying packages of a full value of up to US$8.6 billion. For now, however, the Greeks have decided to get half of these machines for the equivalent of US$3.76 billion. Their supplies are to be made between 2028 and 2033.
