After a series of loud explosions that were heard on Saturday morning in downtown Kiev, a bomb alarm was announced in the city and residents were asked to decision to shelters. According to the authorities, Russia attacked civilian infrastructure facilities. Shortly after 10 a.m. Polish alarm was cancelled.
