Georgia is 5 minutes from the dictatorship - said prof. Serge Kapanadze, manager of think tank GRASS in a conversation with PAP. According to him, Georgian Dream's ruling organization has already taken full control of the executive, judicial and legislative powers, and the only opposition is from civilian society.
