An even bigger European company?

On 29 January 2025, the KNDS and Texelis signed a Memorandum of knowing concerning the proposed acquisition by KNDS France of Texelis' defence activities. Under this agreement, both parties announced that they were beginning exclusive negotiations to carry out this transaction, which would require the division of Texelis into 2 companies - Texelis Défense and Texelis Transport.
