European mobility continues to improve

The Court’s audit focused primarily on the EU Action Plan 2.0 for the period 2022–2026. It is based on 4 pillars: multimodal corridors and logistics centres, regulatory measures, resilience and readiness, as well as the partnership dimension. The EU has funded 95 projects in 21 associate States to invest in dual-use transport infrastructure, specified as airports serving both civilian and military aircraft. The European Parliament has partial oversight of military mobility in the EU.
