European Commission imposes conditions on Ukraine

As part of the enlargement package presented on Wednesday, the European Commission indicated circumstantial reforms that Ukraine must carry out in order to decision to the next stages in the accession negotiations. It was besides reported that Montenegro is close to completing the accession process.
