Europe needs to build its defence capabilities faster

Europe needs to accelerate its own defence capacity, replenish its supplies and joint reinforcement programmes are besides needed, said Josep Borrell, CEO of EDA Jirzi Szediva and participants in the yearly conference of the agency.
