"Europe is browning" – this is how he assessed the results of elections to the European Parliament their biggest failure in Poland – Szymon Hołownia.
There was no mention of Putin's "internationalist", but there will most likely besides be specified invectors. Donald Tusk called Poland “the light of Europe” because, according to him, what is partially true, won the organization obsessively pro-EU, while in many EU countries there was no specified enthusiasm for Brussels.
At least 7 countries have won groups that distance themselves from the current policy of Brussels, questioning the Green Deal, centralisation and, although there is no uniform position, pro-war policy. These countries are: France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, the Czech Republic and Hungary. The most spectacular is the group triumph Marine Le Pen In France, which crushed president Macro's camp. If we add a good consequence to that, the Reconquista Marion Marechal and Republicans, it will turn out that the "motor of European integration", or France, is now the most anti-Brussels state of Europe. The second is Italy and the Netherlands, until late the most "progressive" EU country. Had it not been for the success of the German CDU/CSU in Germany, the current elections to the European Parliament would have ended with a immense failure of the establishment parties. However, let us remember that in Germany, the Greens and the SPD have lost to moles, and in the CDU and CSU there is increasing opposition to the climate and abroad policy of Germany and the EU. Finally, note the large success of the ANO opposition organization Andrei Babish in the Czech Republic, the Fidesz win in Hungary and the Austrian Free Party.
What does this mean for Europe? There are those who say that the arrangement of power in Brussels does not land and its policy also, due to the fact that the centrists, liberals and left hold the majority. It's true, but only partial. First of all, it's gonna be hard to pretend that nothing happened and we're moving on with the same agenda as before. Secondly, the alleged conventional centre-right must take into account that the next upcoming elections in their countries can wash it off deck, thirdly, the nations of Europe have clearly shown the red card to the Greens, which must accelerate the erosion of the Green Deal. Finally, anti-war groups are growing, which can force a change in the policy of swinging swords Emmanuel Macron, which is simply a disgrace not only to France but besides to Europe. The final conclusion that can be formulated is that Europe has not yet died.
