Europe cannot aid Ukraine without the US. Why is it not justified to believe in the possibilities of Europe?

Following the unsuccessful gathering between Trump and Zelenski, it is speculated that the US may consider freezing military aid to Ukraine. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, however, calls on European leaders to stand by Ukraine and replace the US in this conflict. But is it possible to aid Ukraine effectively without the US?
