Europe puts Russia ultimatum and gives Moscow a fewer hours. "The clock is ticking"

The European countries have placed an ultimatum on Russia - either the ceasefire in Ukraine or the European countries will start preparing for a fresh package of sanctions against Russia - according to the spokesperson for the German government. Moscow has until midnight tonight.
