Europe is rapidly expanding its arms industry, and the scale of the investment is already in millions of square meters of fresh ammunition and rocket factories. This is simply a direct consequence of Vladimir Putin's military pressure, which forced EU countries to return to arms on an unprecedented scale for decades.
