Europe wants to importantly shorten the time of the deployment of troops to the east

For any time, EU decision-makers have been focusing on ensuring effective movement of military resources to the east of Europe. The fresh initiatives (19 November) are due to be presented with a paper on EU military mobility (ed.) indicating that the solutions to date have not passed the test, and that, in the face of the expanding threat from the Kremlin, their continued existence without crucial modifications constitutes a danger to individual EU and NATO countries.
