EU Strikes Tankers and Russia's Allies, Blacklists 200 Units

Today in Brussels, the European Union countries agreed on the 17th package of sanctions against Russia. They could be adopted next Tuesday. The hardest hit will be the Russian fleet of old tankers and companies from 3rd countries supporting the Russian war.
