EU: Fish stocks are recovering in all seas but the Baltic

In its yearly study on the state of fish in Europe, the European Commission noted improvements in all seas but the Baltic. Here, fish numbers proceed to fall despite a ban on fishing for any species. "The state of the Baltic Sea remains a serious problem," the EC said.
