Public consultations on the draft act, which is to implement the DAC7 directive in Poland, have been launched. It was initiated by the Ministry of Finance. The fresh regulations are primarily intended to unify the reporting obligations of digital operators. This is to reduce the grey region on the Internet. The Ministry of Finance is waiting for comments on the draft until March 1, 2023.
