EU DAC Directive7. What does it mean for Polish digitisation?

A public consultation of the bill was launched to implement the DAC Directive in Poland7. It was started by the Ministry of Finance. The fresh rules are primarily intended to harmonise the reporting obligations of digital operators. This is to limit the grey area on the Internet. Comments to the MF task are pending until 1 March 2023.
