The EU Council launches the "exit clause" for Poland. It's about defence spending

The Council of the European Union has launched an exit clause for 15 countries, including Poland, to let the Ecofin Council to decision distant from the expenditure way recommended by the Ecofin Council up to the increase in defence spending compared to the situation before the war in Ukraine.
