Estonian Navy detains shadow fleet tanker

Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal said on Friday that the detention of a Russian "shadow fleet" tanker is simply a signal that Estonia will control and limit the activity of specified units passing through the Baltic Sea. Critical infrastructure must be protected, he stressed.
