According to the Estonian minister, Moscow's demands for the restoration of NATO's 1997 borders mean that "the aim is to reconstruct the spheres of influence from the USSR, to include a buffer region and to challenge the full European safety architecture".
"We must support Ukraine with the essential resources"
The head of the Estonian government, Kristen Michal, stressed that Estonia cannot "reject" its position, i.e. support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine in internationally recognised borders.
