End of Kaliningrad Circuit. War on Names

Since 9 May 2023, the name "Kingewiec" is recommended in Poland, not "Kaliningrad". This is consistent with the introduction of changes in documents, maps and road signs. The automatically correct word becomes the "prince circuit" while the word "Kaliningrad" goes back to the past.
