Gary Shapley, known as a whistleblower in the taxation allegations against erstwhile US president Joe Biden’s son, has been acting head of the US interior gross Service (IRS) for just 2 days. Now Shapley, backed by Elon Musk, is set to fire a 4th of the IRS.
