Electoral silence in practice – what is allowed and what cannot be done

Electoral silence is simply a time when, in accordance with Polish law, any action that may affect the decision of voters is prohibited. It is intended to give citizens a calm reflection before giving the floor. Although the very thought of election silence seems simple, in practice it is simply a origin of many ambiguities. What, then, can and must not be done during its course? What punishments endanger to break the rules?
