Election silence rules
Electoral silence violates all component of active electoral agitation, that is, public urging or encouraging voting.
➡️ It is not allowed during the silence of the election to convene assemblies, organize marches and manifestations, give speeches, or distribute election material. Encouraging participation in elections shall be without prejudice to election silence unless it contains elements of electoral agitation for 1 of the candidates.

Punishment for breaking election silence
For breaking the ban on agitation in silence, he threatens fine. For publication of polls in silence, the fine is from PLN 500 1000 to PLN 1 million. It concerns both pre-election polls on the projected behaviour of voters, election results and polls on the day of the vote.
At the same time, PKW points out that only law enforcement authorities and courts can decide whether or not something constitutes a violation of the ban on electoral agitation, and that the voter who considers that the voter has been violated should study it straight to the Police.
