"The ultimate Court receives electoral protests in which allegations are raised of irregularities in drafting voting protocols and erstwhile counting votes in elected regional electoral commissions. specified protests, if they meet the formal conditions, are recognised in substance" - was given in the ultimate Court's communication.
Thus, the ultimate Court decided by decision of 11 June to let evidence from the examination of voting cards in 12 regional electoral commissions, following a vote for president held on 1 June.
The aim is to find the number of validly cast votes on individual candidates at those locations.
The examination of the commissions in Krakow (OKW No. 95), Oleśnie (OKW No. 3), Minsk Mazowiecki (OKW No. 13, Strzelce Opolskie (OKW No. 9, Grudziądzu No. 25), Gdańsk (OKW No. 17), Bielsko-Biała (OKW No. 30 and 61), Tarnów (OKW No. 10), Katowice (OKW No. 53), Tychy (OKW No. 35), Kamienna Góra (OKW No. 6), and Brest Kujawski (OKW No. 4).
According to the order, the evidence will be carried out by judicial aid by the local courts.
