The Polish paper Clubs in Elbląg, councillors and directors of parliamentary offices of Law and Justice laid flowers and lit candles under the monument of Romuald Traugutt.
The gathering began with a minute of silence in tribute to late Richard Kapuściński and sang the anthem.
