Express licence from KRRiT for the second channel of the Republic

The National Broadcasting Council decided on Tuesday to grant a satellite concession to the Universal Reality Plus channel. Prof. Tadeusz Kowalski, associate of KRRiT tells Virtualmedia.pl that the proposal for the second channel of the Republic was the only item of the meeting.
