The current government, consisting of a coalition of KOs, Poland 2050, PSL and the Left, struggles with difficulties in convincing the public that its actions actually improve the regular lives of citizens. The members of the coalition hope that the changes to be announced on Wednesday will improve the situation.
Which government divided Poles more?
One of the charges against both the United Right Government and Donald Tusk's current cabinet is the division of society. The UCE investigation laboratory in the latest poll for Onetu asked the respondents: "Which government, in your opinion, has more contributed to social and political divisions in Poland?".
In this ranking, more votes were received by the Government of the United Right. It was indicated by 45.71 percent of respondents. On the another hand, 34.85 percent of respondents chose Donald Tusk's government. 19.45 percent of respondents had no opinion on this issue.
Of the PiS voters, 59.8% believe that the Tusk government divides Poles more, and 31.2% point to the PiS government. Most supporters of the civilian Coalition (71.7%) blame the right-wing government and 18.7% blame the current government. Among Confederate sympathizers, 48.5% point to the Tusk government and 34 percent point to the Law and Justice Government.
The UCE investigation study, commissioned by Onetu, was conducted on 19–21 July 2025. It was attended by 1013 adult Poles aged 18 to 80. Surveys were completed via the net (CAWI method).
Today the Prime Minister announces the reconstruction of the government
As we wrote in onTemat.pl, on 23 July at 10:00, Prime Minister Donald Tusk will announce details of the government's long-standing reconstruction. According to unofficial media reports, their positions are to lose known names.
One of them is the erstwhile Minister of athletics and Tourism Sławomir Nitras, who himself reported on Tuesday that "this week he ends his service in government". It is besides unofficially said that Minister of Justice and lawyer General Adam Bodnar will say goodbye to the function. His place may be taken by Waldemar Żurek.
The amendments are besides intended to cover another resorts. The government is free to leave: Minister of wellness Izabela Leszczyna (to take over as Deputy Minister of Finance), Minister of State Assets Jakub Jaworowski, Minister of manufacture Marzena Czarncka and Minister of Culture Hanna Wróblewski. Its place would be taken by Polish MP 2050, Alexander Leo.
According to Onet, "weakened" are to be the head of the Ministry of abroad Affairs and peculiar Services coordinator Tomasz Siemoniak and Environment Minister Paulina Hennig-Kloska. And any ministers – specified as Marcin Kierwiński, a erstwhile Euro MP and late a typical of the flood government – are expected to take another positions.
