ECtHR orders Poland to let Constitutional Tribunal judges to adjudicate

On Tuesday, the European Court of Human Rights issued a protective order in which it obliged Poland to cease actions that hinder the appointment of judges of the Constitutional Tribunal elected by the Sejm on 13 March this year.
