The Council of Ministers has adopted fresh deregulation regulations that will streamline inheritance procedures and improve communication with insured persons. Thanks to the changes, banks and credit unions will be able to find more rapidly whether an account holder is dead, and heirs will have easier access to information about funds. The amendment besides facilitates contact with insurers - consent to electronic correspondence will be possible throughout the duration of the contract, and not only erstwhile it is concluded.
