Voting in the early presidential election ran smoothly (Illustration picture)
The citizens of Zabrz elected the city president on Sunday in an early election, essential after the cancellation in May of the presidential referendum of Agnieszka Rupniewska. The vote in the first circular ran smoothly, said Paweł Strumiński, president of the Municipal Election Commission.
– The vote went smoothly, we are now waiting for the minutes of the regional commissions. The first 1 reached us – said justice Strumiński.
Zabrze. Early presidential elections
Voters in 140 1000 Zabrze were close 115 000 voters. Election venues were open from 7 to 21. In the city, 89 regional electoral commissions were appointed.

If no of the candidates receive more than 50% of the vote in the Sunday election, 2 weeks later The second circular will take placewhere residents will be able to vote for 1 of the 2 people who received the highest support in the first round.
