E-cigarettes and liquids will sale and will be adequate for a higher excise work - president Nawrocki signed the bill

President Karol Nawrocki signed an amendment to the Excise taxation Act on 15 October 2026. Excise on e-cigarette liquid will increase from PLN 1.80 to PLN 2.20 per millilitre, and the rate on vaporization equipment - from PLN 40 to 50 per unit. The fresh regulations will besides include disposable e-cigarettes and sets of parts. The changes are about to enter into force.
