E-Service is getting closer. The Sejm adopted an amendment to the Act

**e-Services are electronic equivalents of conventional recommended letters** after confirmation of receipt. Their implementation would take place on 1 January 2025** This is foreseen by the provisions of the **novelisation of the Electronic Service Act, which the Sejm has just adopted**. The regulation will now go to the legislature and then to the president's desk.
