The territory Court for Warsaw-Mokotowa will examine on Thursday the request of the National Prosecutor's Office to arrest erstwhile Minister of Justice, MP PiS Zbigniew Ziobry. The request for detention, as the investigators argue, is due, inter alia, to Ziobra's fear of obstructing the investigation of the Justice Fund.
