The administration of Joe Biden informed Ukraine of the transfer of the last military aid package to be provided by the outgoing president. Its scope included Sparrow and Sea Sparrow (AIM-7, RIM-7) and Sidewinder (AIM-9M) missiles designed for air defense, air-ground ammunition, F-16 fighter support, communications equipment, gunfire, self-propelled bridges and spare parts and operation support. The value of the package was valued at $500 million.
