On October 11, 2025, at 2:00 pm, a manifestation organized by Law and Justice (PiS) was launched in Castle Square under the slogan “Stop illegal migration! Not for the Mercosur deal! Together let's say no threats to Poland!’. According to the president of Law and Justice Jarosław Kaczyński, agriculture is already experiencing serious problems by pointing to a fall in prices that do not cover costs. and the situation will deteriorate erstwhile the EU-Mercosur agreement is introduced.
