On May 16, a Twitter user published movie, on which you can see an alleged reporter of Ukrainian television, who sniffs white powder. The description of the post leaves no doubt. The author simply writes that a writer is utilizing drugs, and refers to the popular anti-Ukrainian communicative about the alleged drug abuse of president Zelenski. In fact, the movie is simply a skillfully prepared installation.

A post with a video fragment showing a man snorting a white powder on the air has been displayed more than 360,000 times. The first uncertainty about the reality of this scene should rise the deficiency of the first soundtrack, which the Russian band replaced with the 3 days of rain. The author tried adequate to leave the microphone cut, which is why this 1 is still. It is besides possible that the recording of the screen with the reproduced video was intended to make it hard to find the original. However, there was no major problem. Looking for the origin of the first material, we utilized the reverse image search technique.
Real recording
As it turns out, in a real movie a writer of Ukrainian channel 1+1 spoke to Minister Dmytro Kuleba. The head of the Ukrainian MFA stayed in Germany, where he attended the Munich safety Conference. Interestingly, the real recording, which went online on February 17 of that year, besides became a whirlwind by a comic mishaps. Due to method problems Kuleb did not hear a question about the situation on the Polish-Ukrainian border. He didn't know he was on the air, so he pulled out a cigaret and enlisted it.
The popularity of this scene increased the memes that were created in Ukrainian social media.

Shortly after the release of the movie with Kuleba on the Telegram appeared other misinformation on drug usage by Ukrainian politicians. The author of the post suggested that the minister of the Ministry of abroad Affairs did not smoke a cigarette, but called a joint, insinuating that it was marijuana. Kuleba was thus to show support for the bill legalizing medical marijuana, which Zelenski signed on 13 February, which was evidently not true. This thread explained the portal Vox Ukraine.
Summary
A popular movie with a writer immersing white powder on the air turned out to be a remake. In fact, the hero of the first video was the head of the Ukrainian MFA, Dmytro Kuleba. The subject of drug usage is very popular in the anti-Ukrainian propaganda of the Kremlin, as we wrote in 1 of our Articles.
