The driver of the Pro Foundation van – Right to Life, was sentenced by the court to a punishment of PLN 10 1000 for driving in Gorzów Wielkopolski as part of a mobile information campaign. In the opinion of the judge, an action informing Poles about the content of the WHO's “Standards of Sexual Education”, about the statistic of the medical incidence of HIV among homosexual practitioners, and about the results of technological investigation on the links between homosexuality and pedophilia, may be an introduction to the genocide of LGBT activists akin to the massacre by Russians in the Ukrainians in Buczy.
On 5 April, the territory Court in Gorzów Wielkopolski sentenced Jan Bienias, the driver of the Pro-Life Foundation van, for alleged defamation and humiliation of LGBT activist, who filed charges against him. The case afraid the mobile run "Stop pedophilia", which the Foundation conducts utilizing vans across Poland.
In 2019, Jan Bienias led specified a car on the streets of Gorzów. The case lasted over 2 years, during which the driver of the Foundation was repeatedly questioned and called for trial.
In the judgement of the court, LGBT activist was defamed by informing Poles about the content of the publically available paper entitled “Standards of Sexual Education” by the planet wellness Organization (WHO), publishing authoritative medical data on HIV prevalence among homosexual practitioners and making public the results of technological investigation on the links between homosexuality and pedophilia. That's what they found on the Foundation's van.
Jan Bienias so heard the sentence: PLN 6 1000 fine, payment of PLN 3 1000 to the LGBT organization from Gorzów Wielkopolski, as well as reimbursement of court costs in the amount of PLN 1.4 thousand. In total, this amounts to over PLN 10,000.
– In the message of reasons for the judgment, justice Krzysztof Rawo stressed that dehumanizing individual groups of society leads to a licence for humiliation. “From here, only a step to violence,” added the judge. He cited the example of pre-war Germany and the Balkans in the 1990s and the dehumanization of Ukrainians by Russia. – We can do what we do in Bucza with them. There's no time or place to go this way. In the 21st century it is appropriate to look at the communicative not only as a comic book, but as a teacher of life – he observed – she stated “Gazeta Wyborcza”.

– I was shocked to hear the justice argue. The justice suggested that our Peace and Information Foundation's actions could be a preliminary to LGBT genocide and extermination, specified as war crimes or Holocaust. I find it hard to imagine a more absurd justification. Even more so, it is our Foundation's volunteers who are constantly attacked and attacked by aggressive LGBT activists who publically call for force against us," says Jan Bienias.
Volunteers and activists of the Pro – Right to Life Foundation have been experiencing violence, panic and aggression from LGBT activists for years. During this time, 3 of the Foundation's vans were burned, and there was besides an attack on the organization's office. Volunteers of the Foundation are almost continuously attacked during street pickets and news actions, as well as van crossings.
– In June 2020, I was attacked by a group of LGBT activists while driving a van in the center of Warsaw. My friend, who was driving with me in the driver's car, was roughed up. The attackers besides tried to destruct our car. Since then, attacks have regularly repeated and intensified. We request more and more precautions and safety. Online groups belonging to LGBT activists are multiplying threats against us and inciting us to execution and commit further acts of terror, specified as arson of our vans or bombing our office. The content of this kind is so much that there are inactive more attackers inspired by this hatred, who attack us on street pickets, set fire to our vehicles and destruct our billboards. They are almost completely impunityless, as the service turns a blind eye to the violence, terror, and hooliganism of LGBT activists. But I was convicted of allegedly simmering force that could lead to genocide... – comments Jan Bienias.
The conviction from Gorzów Wielkopolski is not the only specified case recently. 2 months ago, a court in Szczecin sentenced Jan Bienias to $30,000 for driving a truck called "Stop Peedophilia". There too, LGBT activists accused him of presenting facts, medical statistic and investigation results defaming them.
The Foundation recalls that the court in Szczecin sentenced Jan Bienias shortly after the public was informed that 1 of the leaders of the Szczecin LGBT activists was in prison for pedophilia as he attempted to usage a sexually 13-year-old boy. On the another hand, 3 weeks ago, Mariusz Dzierżawski, a associate of the Foundation's board and founder, was sentenced. Mariusz Dzierżawski was sentenced to 1 year of restrictions on freedom and payment of PLN 15,000 for the organization of the run "Stop pedophilia" on the streets of Tricity.
– The content we present on our vans is actual about the social, medical and spiritual consequences of homosexual practices and LGBT lobby plans towards Polish children. All the information we disseminate in our action is based on publically available technological research, as well as media publications. Meanwhile, another justice found that the public disclosure of the facts contained in public papers and authoritative statistic defames LGBT ‘sexual educators’. At first glance it seems to be against logic, but supporters of the fresh morality have overcome logic long ago. Western societies have succumbed to the tyranny of the fresh morality, which calls abortion “the human right”, sexual depravity “diversity”, and the fact “the speech of hatred”. In Poland, the fight for fact is inactive ongoing. Although more and more people and environments are moving to the enemy side, even the most powerful cannot make lies true. Those who stand by the truth, at the price of persecution, will prevail. due to the fact that fact always prevails," says Jan Bienias.
The judgement of the territory Court in Gorzów Wielkopolski is invalid, as are judgments on activists of the Foundation from Tricity and Szczecin. The Foundation announces an appeal and the organisation of subsequent information campaigns on the alleged "sexual education" and the consequences of homosexual lifestyle.
