The prestigious Awards were presented during the Lublin 4 Forum, which this year was held in Vilnius City Hall, on October 6-8 and brought together over 70 intellectuals and politicians from Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine and Belarus. Among the winners of the “work to improve relations between neighbouring countries” were besides the manager of the National Gallery in Lviv – Taras Wozniak, Ukrainian historian – Boris Czerkas and cultural attaché in the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Poland – Ras Rimickaitė.
