In 2025, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held about 100 meetings and telephone calls. B. Netanjah's 2025 diploma was primarily based on American-Israeli relations. The Prime Minister hosted many delegations of members of legislature and the Senate. He met with key American politicians specified as Vice president J.D. Vance, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and talker of the home of Representatives Mike Johnson. Meetings with peculiar Emissary for the mediate East, Steve Witkoff, who in practice served as a parallel negotiating channel in regional matters, were peculiarly important. The frequency of these contacts demonstrates the importance of cooperation between associate States and promotes continuous coordination of positions on key issues for their strategical partnership.

For Europe, Prime Minister Netanjahu maintained regular communication with France (President Emmanuel Macron), Germany (President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Chancellor Friedrich Merz, abroad Minister Johann Wadephul) and strengthened ties with the countries of Central and South Europe (Hungary, Greece, Cyprus, Czech Republic). Meetings with Viktor Orbán in Budapest and Kyriakos Mitsotakis in Jerusalem show that Netanjahu seems to invest in political alliances beyond conventional Western European partners. During the United Nations General Assembly in September, he besides met with Serbia's president Alexandar Vučić, indicating any interest in the Balkans.

Prime Minister Netanyahu besides expanded contacts with Latin America - Israeli Prime Minister hosted presidents of Ecuador, Paraguay and Argentina in Jerusalem. He besides met with leaders of Argentina and Paraguay in fresh York City. Prime Minister Netanjahu has repeatedly spoken with Russian president Vladimir Putin, which shows that despite the Ukrainian war and the continuing tensions between Russia and the West, Israel maintains a comparatively unchangeable working dialog with Moscow.

India remains a key partner in the Asia region. Binjamin Netanyahu maintained contact with Prime Minister of India-Narendra Modi, hosted the Ambassador of India in Israel in his office in Jerusalem, and held meetings with abroad ministers, trade and industry. A telephone conversation with Qatar Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani was besides important, which took place after the IDF attack on the government housing complex in Qatar-Doshe capital.

Despite Israel's apparent engagement in Africa, 2025 was incapable to find examples of direct encounters between Prime Minister Netanyahu and representatives of sub-Saharan African states, yet Israel became the first of the countries in the planet to recognise Somaliland's statehood.

It is worth noting that the diplomatic activity of the Prime Minister of Netanyahu since November 2024 has been mostly shaped by an arrest warrant issued against Binjamin Netanyahu by the global Criminal Court in The Hague. This importantly reduced his mobility - most of the meetings were held in Jerusalem, and fewer abroad trips were limited almost exclusively to the United States and multilateral formats. His absence from Western Europe and Asia was not accidental, but reflected the real hazard of detention in the States which are parties to the Rome Statute.

As a result, Israel switched to a model of diplomacy in which abroad leaders come to Jerusalem to meet Prime Minister Netanyahu, while he himself chose only “politically secure” travel directions. Netanjah's activity in multilateral formats in 2025 was limited but symbolically significant. The most crucial example was his participation in the UN General Assembly meeting, where he gave a speech and held a number of bilateral meetings. He had previously adopted the OECD Secretary-General and Executive manager of the planet Food Programme in Jerusalem, signaling Israel's desire to keep its position in global structures.
