Gdynia asks a question, which for any is obvious, and for others – at least controversial. It is about bilingual plates with the name of the city, besides in Kashubian. The decision has not yet been made, but 1 thing is known – residents will have the vote. The consultation starts in May, the city starts a public consultation. They will last from 20 May to 10 June 2026. During this time, residents will be able to express their opinion on the introduction of Polish-Kashuba plates at the entrances to Gdynia.
