Several loud explosions were heard on Friday morning in the center of the Ukrainian capital, Kiev. The municipal authorities reported that the shrapnel of shot down missiles fell on buildings and cars in 3 districts. There were fires. According to information so far, 1 individual was killed and 9 were injured.
